How many people may I invite to take my survey?
As many as you wish. There is no limit on the sample size so you may invite all your customers to take part.
How can I pay?
You can pay online with PayPal, by BACS transfer or set up a standing order. We will be taking credit card payments shortly
When is my survey live?
Immediately after you have signed up. Once we have been notified of your payment you will be able to see all results - until then you will only be able to see responses from a maximum of 5 customers.
How do I set up my survey?
Just go to the sign up page and it will be live within minutes.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes, but you will only be able to see up to 5 responses.
Is there a minimum period?
No, you can sign up for only one month if you wish.
Can I make amendments to my survey?
Yes, but there is a small charge for this. Please contact us to let us know what changes you’d like.
Can I see who said what?
No. In order to protect the confidentiality of those who take part, and in accordance with the code of conduct of the Market Research Society, we will not attribute any comments to individual people or organisations. In addition, we do not ask for details of people taking part.
Why can’t I see my live results?
It may be that fewer than 3 people have taken part so far. In this case, you will not see the responses in order to protect the identities of your clients and keep their survey responses confidential.
Why can I only see responses from 5 people?
It may be that we have not yet received notification of your payment. As soon as we have, we will make your survey fully live and you will be able to see all results.
I need another kind of survey can you help?
Almost certainly - we can set up an online survey for you very quickly. We also offer a full range of other market research services. Please contact us for more information and to let us know what you need, or just to discuss possibilities.
How can I invite customers to take part in my survey?
Once you have logged in, you will have the option to use an automatic email invitation, or you may invite people by other means, by providing them with the unique web site address for your survey.
